We strongly recommend air service to ensure your vaccines arrive in peak condition. Due to the temperature sensitivity of vaccines, we will not be able to replace or accept returns on vaccines that are shipped ground service.

Shipping to a Different Address
If you wish to send your complete order to an address that is different than the billing address you provide us, simply enter the delivery address in the Ship To Information page during Checkout.
All shipments to APO/FPO addresses are sent via USPS to distributing military centers in the U.S., at which time the military service assumes responsibility for shipping. Please allow 6 weeks for delivery.
NOTE: The following items cannot be shipped to an APO/FPO address: oversized items, vaccines, electronic items, and some meat products. Please contact customer service at 1-800-381-7179, or by email, to determine the exact restrictions.

Splitting an Order Between Two Shipping Addresses
If you are splitting the order between two addresses (i.e. sending some products to one address and other products to a different address), each order will need to be entered separately. See "Shipping to a Different Address" above for instructions on sending products to an address different than your billing address. Shipping and handling charges will be added to each order.
How to Track Your Order
